DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Call and Video Session

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainder 50% will be paid prior to our session to make the most of our time. If you are late, I expect to be compensated for our scheduled time in full and may allow up to a 15-minute grace period at my discretion. Beyond 15 minutes, it’ll be considered a no-show and your tribute will be forfeited.

In-Person Session

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainder 50% will be paid prior to or at the start of the session.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

You must reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new appointment and can be rescheduled only once. The new appointment must be within one month of your current one.

Should you need to cancel your appointment please contact me as soon as possible, however, you will be forfeiting your deposit.

If there are continuous lapses in scheduling, I reserve the right to require the entire session paid in full at the time of booking to show your good faith. If I am touring and the new suggested date of appointment is after I have left the city, it will be considered as a cancellation.
